In the hustle and bustle world we all live in today, it can be difficult for your client to find the time to get to the repair facility for an estimate or repairs and photos. Not to mention scheduling appointments for repairs and arranging for a rental car if required. Bakersfield Auto Body has reduced this hassle for you and your client. This is how it works ;

Bakersfield Auto Body continues to provide the best customer service and auto body repairs. Once an assignment has been received from the Insurance, Bakersfield Auto Body will perform the following procedures:

Contact client and arrange a time to photograph the vehicle, write a damage report (estimate), obtain authorization for repairs, upload information to insurance company, order necessary parts and schedule an appointment for repairs.

If a rental car is required, we will arrange for an Enterprise rental car to be dropped off and the clients' vehicle to be transported to Bakersfield Auto Body for repairs. If unable to do so themselves. (Limited Area)

For your convienence, Bakersfield Auto Body is open on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM for estimates, drop off, and pick up of vehicles. In addition, rental vehicles are located just steps away from our front door.
